What counts as a "site"?

A site is a single physical location registered on the platform — a producer site, haulier depot, receiver facility or logistics manager office. Each site has its own users, roles and settings.

We play more than one role. Do we pay more than once?

No. The £99 per-site subscription is flat. A site that produces, receives and coordinates still pays a single subscription — every role is included.

What is a "billable party" on a collection?

A collection involves the parties handling that movement — for example the producer, the haulier and the receiver. The £0.99 fee applies per billable party on the collection, so each party pays only for its own involvement.

Are drivers charged separately?

No. Driver access and the mobile app are included in the per-site subscription. There is no per-driver fee.

How is the per-collection fee counted?
